Try out ChRIS

We’ve deployed a development version of the core ChRIS user interface to help demonstrate how ChRIS platform works. Note that this demo is running development-level code and may be unstable:

Here’s a quick tour of what you’ll see in the demo:

Please click on the 'Login' link in the upper right corner of the screen. The login screen will be pre-populated with a demo username and password that will enable you to log into the UI.

View Feeds List

Once logged in, click on 'My Feeds' in the left navigation bar. In ChRIS, a "feed" is an analysis of a particular data set, and they may consist of a tree of image analysis plugins operating on that data.

View a Feed

Click on the 'View Feed Details' link for any of the feeds in the list to take a look. You'll see a graph showing the image plugins that operated on the data. Click on any node in the graph to view its output below, or the command that it ran to the right.

Built-in Viewer

There is a built-in viewer in the output browser you may wish to explore by clicking on any image file in the folder listing in the output browser, then clicking on the "Open in Viewer" link above the file preview of the selected image.
